Northwest would like you to meet 2nd grade teacher, Kim Fulmer. Ms. Fulmer received her degree from Southern Arkansas University and has been teaching for 14 years. Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing her students progress and reach goals. She also enjoys seeing her past students succeed in life. When Ms. Fulmer is not teaching you can find her spending time with her family.
