STADIUM RULES BANNER WITH EL DORADO SCHOOL DISTRICT LOGO

As we prepare to cheer on our Wildcats, the El Dorado School District would like to remind families, students, and community members of the guidelines in place at Memorial Stadium to help ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable game-day experience.

Friday Night Football – Under-the-Bleachers Access: During Friday night varsity football games, procedures will be in place for students accessing the area beneath the home bleachers, which includes the concession stand, restrooms, and snow cone stand. This area is intended for accessing these services and is not designated as a student gathering or hangout area. These procedures will help prevent overcrowding, keep walkways clear, and allow staff to effectively monitor the area. The procedures will remain in effect throughout the game, except during halftime.

• Students in grades K–6 must be accompanied by an adult when going underneath the bleachers.

• Students in grades 7–12 may access the area without an adult, but only five students will be permitted down each ramp at one time.

• When a student returns to the bleachers, another student may then enter the area.

Admission:

For regular-season games, ESD teacher and staff ID badges admit the employee only, while family members and guests must purchase a ticket; district-issued sports passes, senior citizen passes, and Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) passes are also accepted.

For playoff games, only purchased tickets or AAA passes will be accepted. Staff IDs and name tags will not be accepted. AAA passes must be presented digitally on a phone or as a paper copy along with a valid ID. National Federation of State High School Associations cards are not accepted.

Student Attendance: A parent or adult guardian must accompany students in Pre-K through 6th grade and remain with that adult throughout the event. Students in grades 7–12 cannot serve as the adult guardian.

Re-entry: Guests who leave the stadium must pay to re-enter. Students who leave will not be readmitted. Suspended or expelled students are not permitted to attend.

Please note: The student ramp-access procedures and hand-stamping procedures used for admission/re-entry apply specifically to Friday night varsity football games. All other Memorial Stadium guidelines apply to events held at the stadium unless otherwise noted.

Bags, Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks, including tumblers, are not permitted. The ESD Clear Bag Policy will be enforced at all events. Diaper bags and medical supply bags are permitted following inspection. Large signs, including posters and fatheads, are not permitted.

Animals: Only registered service animals are permitted.

Smoking & Vaping: Tobacco products, smoking, and vaping are prohibited. Smoking passes may be issued to adults age 21 and older at halftime.

Dress & Discipline: All ESD dress code and discipline policies will be enforced.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a safe, organized, and family-friendly atmosphere at Memorial Stadium. Go Wildcats! 💜🏈
