WMS Archery teams competed last Wednesday in the El Dorado December Midweek Bullseye tournament hosted by Barton Jr high. The 6th grade team finished 2nd in the Middle school division (grades 6-8). The 5th grade team also finished 2nd in the Elementary division (grades 4-5).
Graysen Newton finished 2nd place individually out of the girls in the Middle school division with (274). Parker Kuhn finished 2nd place in the boys coring with 281. Paxton Hendricks won the elementary division with 251, River Bradham earned 2nd place at 249 and Jacob Pennington came in 3rd place with 244. Twenty-one out of the 40 archers on the two teams scored their highest rounds in competition this week! Excited to see such growth this early in the season!
