On Tuesday, November 29th every 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade student will attend Camp Yocum! PLEASE make sure your student is at school that day because it is an event they won't want to miss! Students can wear their favorite camping attire and gear up for a fun day.

Be on the lookout for t-shirt order forms coming home with your students! The order form AND money (cash only) must be turned in together. If you need a receipt, you will need to bring your form and money to the office between 8:30AM and 2:30PM. Orders are due Friday, November 4th!

Congratulations to our October Artists of the Month!
We received a report that an 18-wheeler hit a pole, causing a power outage at Yocum Elementary and Barton Junior High School. To fix the electrical issue, Entergy has shut down the power in that area. Administrators and teachers are handling the situation well, and school continues to take place. However, if parents or guardians would like to pick up their students, they will not be counted absent for the remainder of the day.
*Power is still on at Yocum Primary.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are NEXT Tuesday from 12:00PM - 6:00PM! Students will not have school. Your student's teacher will be reaching out to you to setup a time to meet.
