1st place earthquake structure goes to Trenton Owens.

3rd place sailboat goes to Gray Singleton.
1st place multimedia goes to Landon Hill, Dylan Kennebeck, and Cyler Raley.
2nd place multimedia goes to Ian Toney and Dawson Hines.
3rd place multimedia goes to Justin Obiozo and Beckett McCloy.

Mrs. Hale invited Emma Lee to Pizza with the Principal. Emma goes above and beyond daily to include ALL students. Her kind heart really shines through each and every day. We are so proud to have Emma at WMS! Emma was able to invite two friends to join her.

An additional archery tryout for current 4th grade GIRLS ONLY will be held Thursday, May 5th directly after school in the WMS gym. A guardian is to come with them and will be asked to wait during the try out. No guardians are allowed in the gym to watch tryouts. Seating outside of the gym will be provided.

If you're currently a 5th grader and have not gotten the chance to try out for the archery team, you can come IMMEDIATELY after school to the gym on Monday 4/18.
4th graders that are going into the 5th grade next year, that have not gotten the chance to try out, may come to WMS on Friday, April 4/22 from 4 - 6pm.
If you came to Kittens Conferences and got the chance to shoot, your tryouts have already been entered into the system and you will not be able to try out again.
"Parents, please make sure your child is comfortable with a bow. This is for the safety of the others in the gym. They will not be allowed to complete try-outs if they are not comfortable with a bow."

Students competed in groups to make the tallest Oreo tower. They found the mean, median, mode, and range of their team’s data and the class data. They will also create several different types of graphs with their data to help determine who won!
