As summer approaches, students need to return their school-issued devices before the end of the school year.
Please refer to the following return policy procedures for each school. If you have questions, contact the individual school's main office.
Elementary Wildcat Online Academy
District devices need to be returned to the EHS Library (2000 Wildcat Drive) for Elementary WOA students. Devices can be returned on:
- Wednesday, May 26, 10am - 2pm
- Thursday, May 27, 10am - 2pm
- Friday, May 28, 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday, June 1, 10am - 2pm
Devices MUST be returned at one of these dates/times.
Washington Middle School
Device check-in will begin on May 24th in the WMS Library.
Students need to bring their devices on May 24th and be prepared to return their devices.
WOA students who attend WMS will report to campus on May 27th and May 28th to return their devices.
Barton Junior High School
Device check-in will take place after students complete their last exam. All students will need to turn in their devices before they leave campus for the summer. More instructions will be given on campus for on-site students.
WOA students and students who have not already turned in their device will need to bring their device and come to the BJHS library during one of the following times:
- Thursday, May 27, 12:00 - 2:00pm
- Friday, May 28, 1:00 - 3:00pm
- Tuesday, June 1, 8:00 - 10:00am
- Wednesday, June 2, 11:00am - 1:00pm
El Dorado High School
Device check-in for grades 9-11 will take place in the EHS Library. Devices can be returned on:
- Thursday, May 20, 2:30pm - 4pm
- Monday, May 24, 2:30pm - 4pm
- Tuesday, May 25, 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Wednesday, May 26, 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Thursday, May 27, 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Friday, May 28, 9:30am - 12:30pm
If you have to take an exam, please make sure you keep your device until you are done testing.
ALL students, including WOA students, will be on campus for exams. WOA students will report to campus to return their devices during one of these designated times.
