The El Dorado School District would like to remind families, students, and community members of the guidelines in place at Memorial Stadium to ensure a safe and enjoyable game-day experience.
🔹Admission
For regular-season games, teacher and staff ID badges admit only the employee; family members and guests must purchase a ticket. For playoff games, only purchased tickets or Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) passes will be allowed for entry; staff IDs or name tags will not be accepted. AAA passes must be shown on a phone or as a paper copy, with a valid ID.
🔹 Student Attendance
Students in Pre-K through 6th grade must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian and remain with that adult throughout the event. An adult guardian cannot be a student in grades 7–12.
🔹 Re-entry
If you leave the stadium, you must pay to re-enter. Students who leave will not be readmitted. Suspended or expelled students are not permitted to attend.
🔹 Bags, Food & Drink
No outside food or drink (including tumblers) is allowed. The Clear Bag Policy will be enforced at all events. Diaper bags and medical supply bags are permitted after inspection.
🔹 Animals
Only registered service animals are allowed.
🔹 Smoking & Vaping
The use of tobacco products, smoking, and vaping is prohibited. Smoking passes may be issued to adults over the age of 21 at halftime.
🔹 Dress & Discipline
All school district dress code and discipline policies will be enforced.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines and helping us create a safe, family-friendly atmosphere for all Wildcats fans.
Go Wildcats! 💜🖤
