The second vaccination clinic for those who received their first shot on August 11th will be held at El Dorado High School this Friday, September 3rd.
The clinic is a second vaccination clinic and only the second shot will be administered. No first-time vaccines will be offered. Participants will enter through the arena doors. The clinic will be held at the top of the arena.
All participants must have a signed consent form in order to receive the vaccination. This form must be signed and brought with them to the clinic. Students who must be transported to EHS for the clinic must also have a signed permission slip. These must be sent with the student to school on Friday.
