Congratulations to the EHS Band for an outstanding performance at the ASBOA Region 3 Concert Band Assessment in White Hall! Their on-stage performance and Sight Reading earned Superior ratings, qualifying them for the ASBOA State Concert Contest on April 17th in Bryant. 🏆
Their Superior ratings at the marching assessment in October also earned them the distinction of being named an Arkansas State Sweepstakes Band for 2023-2024!

Meet Hayden Nooner, in his fourth year with El Dorado School District, teaching musical theatre and drama at Barton Junior High School. With a Theatre degree from Harding University and experience at Walt Disney World, Hayden is passionate about perfecting his craft and exposing students to theatre.
Inspired by his college professor, Dottie Frye, Hayden is dedicated to making theatre accessible to all. He loves collaborating with other theatre teachers in the district and creating a supportive community. Hayden builds strong relationships with students by working closely with them to create shows.

Open House is set for NEXT Wednesday, March 13th from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Parents and incoming kindergartners are encouraged to visit each building to discover what the El Dorado School District has to offer. At the first building you visit, you'll receive a card with a place for three stamps. As you visit each building, you'll receive a stamp from that school. Throughout March, we'll be featuring the talented individuals who work hard to bring the joy of music and the arts into our schools daily.
Meet Hannah Faith Davis, our passionate theatre teacher! From being a Co-President of Thespian Troupe 42 to earning her BA in Theatre and MA in Teaching, she's dedicated to helping students express themselves through theatre. Inspired by Delaine Gates, she loves seeing her students develop a lifelong love for theatre. Hannah, pictured on the right, builds relationships by treating her students like people, asking about their goals, and being willing to look silly with them.
