On Monday, April 6, El Dorado Schools will begin using Arkansas AMI for K-8th grade students to learn at home. Arkansas AMI is a partnership of the Arkansas Department of Education and PBS. (EHS students will continue utilizing Google Classroom for their AMI assignments.)
Teachers will be setting up a Google Classroom to communicate with students and make assignments related to the Arkansas AMI content. Check out this step-by-step video guide to using Google Classroom to help your child get set up.
You can access Arkansas AMI at https://www.myarkansaspbs.org/... This at-home learning curriculum includes grade-level appropriate PBS shows that can be viewed on our local (Arkansas) PBS station or through the Arkansas AMI website. Teachers will then utilize the Arkansas AMI Learning Guides to make assignments for their students.
