Parents/guardians check your email/text for instructions to sign up and access new features. 📱 SMART Tag App: Parents, remember you can access your child’s bus route on the SMART Tag app. Instructions on how to download the app are attached below. Please make sure to log in with the same contact information (phone number and email) that you used to enroll your student.
🚗 First Day of School Traffic: Please plan ahead for the first day of school traffic. Please consider taking an alternate route. Also, expect delays in the car ridee drop-off and pick-up lines.

Due to the ongoing bus driver shortage, we are still working to confirm bus routes for the upcoming 24-25 school year. We are doing everything we can to finalize the routes by the first day of school on Wednesday. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. The monthly meeting of the El Dorado School Board will take place on Monday, August 12th at 6 pm in the Central Office Board Room. The meeting is open to the public.

As we prepare for the exciting new developments at the old high school on Timberlane Drive, we want to inform our community about a recent incident involving valuable memorabilia.
Before demolition began, ESD made it a top priority to remove valuable items from the site. Unfortunately, one of these cherished items—a plaque—was taken before it could be safely stored off-site for future placement.
We are kindly asking for the community's assistance in locating this missing plaque (pictured below. If you have any information regarding its whereabouts, we ask that you return it immediately.
Your help is crucial in preserving the history and legacy of our beloved school!
Important information about Murmil Education Center's Back to School Orientation! 🎉
From work, to home, to school, our phones are a key tool to navigate and communicate throughout the day. The custom-built ESD app makes it easy to stay up to date with district news and events.
Now, ESD is making it easier to stay in touch with teachers and class information from that same app. Using the ESD app you can easily switch from district and school information to Rooms, where you can see your student's classes and engage directly with teachers. Rooms can be accessed via the web and from our district app, which is available for free and can be used from both Apple and Android phones.
Parents and guardians will soon receive instructions via email/text to create their login to access Rooms within the district app.
