EHS students had the opportunity to exercise their right to vote in a mock election today during their social studies classes. What a great experience to learn the importance of voting!





Ms. Allender dressed up in honor of Día de los Muertos for her Spanish classes last week. The holiday began today and ends tomorrow. Way to get in the spirit, Ms. Allender!

El Dorado High School DECA Members attended the Virtual Fall Conference this week. Members watched opening sessions from State and National Officers to learn about state programs. Students also watched break out session videos from various state colleges, social media marketing video strategies and competition tips.



Today is the last day to meet with a career coach. They will be in the library until 3:45 to help you complete your FAFSA, YOUniversal, or other scholarship and college applications. Seniors, take advantage of this opportunity!


Congrats to the EHS Cross Country program! All four teams finished third in conference behind Lake Hamilton and Lakeside. Jadon Cunningham earned All-Conference honors for the 2nd year in a row.
They will compete at the state meet next Friday, November 6th.

9th Grade baseball tryouts will be held November 3rd from 5:30-7pm at the high school field located at the Complex. Students must have a current physical, glove, and athletic clothes to participate.
10th-12th Grade tryouts will be after the conclusion of the Varsity football season.

AP Chemistry students made lava lamps out of oil, water, and alka seltzer tablets, so they could observe and describe the intermolecular attractions between the various substances in the mixture.
