On Wednesday, October 7th, FBLA students attended the District IV Fall Conference virtually. Students were introduced to district and state officers for the year and watched a motivational speaker on how to adapt to online learning environments more successfully.
Fall portraits for grades 9-11 will be Wednesday, October 14th.

CONGRATS to the Cross Country Team! They had an excellent showing at the El Dorado Wildcat Invitational this past weekend.
The boys won the meet! Medalists were Jadon Cunningham, Eloy Rodriguez, Alvin Gonzalez, Edwin Gonzalez, and Calvin Huang.
Both boys and girls freshmen/junior high teams won. Freshmen Emma McGee, Jacob Neugebauer, and Nic Harvey picked up medals.
The Cross Country Cats travel to Nashville tomorrow.
Tickets for the Sheridan game are pre-sell only.
Band, cheer, and football parents can buy them tomorrow through Wednesday from 9-4:30 at the TAC House.
General tickets will be on sale Thursday and Friday from 9-4:30 at the TAC House and Thursday at the stadium, 6-8pm.

Make plans to attend the volleyball game on October 8th for SENIOR NIGHT!
Biotechnology students demonstrated proper measuring techniques, "flaming loops" before transferring bacteria, and "streaking a plate" of bacteria this past week.
The EHS Library will be open to WOA students to return and check out books each Monday from 9-11. This will be a time for taking STAR and AR tests as well. WOA students will be required to read ONE AR book each 9 weeks. All WOA high school students are encouraged to take advantage of our library's resources when they can.
Congrats to the Wildcat Golf Team! Both the girls' and boys' teams won the 5A South Conference Championship yesterday!
