The Summer Meal Program begins today, providing meals to any child 18 and under in our area. Meals are available on Mondays (breakfast and lunch for 2 days) & Wednesdays (breakfast and lunch for 3 days). The Cat Bites food truck will be visiting area neighborhoods on Tuesdays and Thursdays. EHS is heartbroken by the passing of Ms. Moon, a senior English teacher. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, co-workers, and students. The entire staff and student body send our most sincere condolences to Ms. Moon's family and friends.
We know this will be a difficult time for students and staff. Counselors will be available Tuesday on campus.
In addition to counseling services, students, including the class of 2021, may stop by EHS on Tuesday and Wednesday to honor Ms. Moon. Students and staff are invited to share their memories and say their goodbyes. Materials will be provided for those who wish to leave memories of Ms. Moon. These tributes will be shared with her family at a later date.
