Order 2018-19 Freshman Class T-Shirts at the EHS Main Office now through June 28. $20 cash ONLY due at time order is placed. Freshmen will wear these shirts first day of school. Proceeds go to help pay for Homecoming Float.

EHS Class of 2018
If your LAST NAME begins with the letter A-K, you will report to EHS on June 4th from 9am-2pm.
If your LAST NAME begins with the letter L-Z, you will report to EHS on June 5th from 9am-2pm.
You will report to the hallway in front of the Guidance Office to pick up your diplomas, bring $2 for your final transcript to be sent to college, and pick up your purple Promise folders.
**It's really important you come these days! Other days, you will have to wait or may not be able to get all the items you need.**

Cross Country will host a car wash on June 9th at Brookshire's by SouthArk. Plan to come out and support the kids!

FREE SUMMER MEALS
El Dorado School District will be providing free breakfast and lunch meals to students from ANY district this summer! Check out the info! EHS Cafeteria will also be a part of this program!
Reminder that the Wildcat Cafe is open 7:00am-7:45am this week! Check it out!
Class Shirts! Students wanting to purchase class shirts (typically worn on the first day) need to contact their class sponsor or the main office. Don't be left on on the first day!

First day of school shirts are on sale now! You can purchase from Mr. Garner or through the office this summer. The cost is $20 CASH ONLY.


2018 SPRING SEMESTER EXAMS BEGIN TOMORROW!
Be sure to check out the schedule! REMINDER that students are not allowed to be checked out during exams, and this includes 7th period exam tomorrow!
INFORMATION REGARDING EXAMS CONCERNING STUDENTS:
Friday, May 18th is a CLOSED CAMPUS. School will run on an Assembly Schedule; all students who are on campus will report to their 7th period, even if they are exempt.
Students are not allowed on any other school campus in El Dorado or the county during exams.
Students who miss an exam need a note from a doctor turned in to Mrs. Evins to arrange for a make-up exam.
Regular school dress code applies during semester exams.
No lunches will be provided for students Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, May 21-24.
Regular bus routes will run at 11:30am, and car riders must be picked up at this time on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, May 21-23.

This summer, the College of Science and Engineering will be hosting two fantastic camps at SAU!
The first will be Coding and Cyber Security Camp on June 8-10, and the second will be Engineering Summer Camp on July 9-11. Both camps are open to 8th-12th grade students, and have options for overnight and day-only campers. Last Friday, EHS hosted famous violinist Natasha Korsakova. A select group of fine arts students were selected by the Fine Arts department to attend the concert. Korsakova plays worldwide and is one of the most popular violinists of her generation. What a wonderful experience for EHS students!
Do you have an idea for an app, website, or even a computer program? Well, an opportunity has arisen to have it seen. The Congressional App Challenge is up and running again! Anyone can enter. Come to Mrs. Virden's room, 1514, Friday morning at 7:30 to get more information.

CLASS OF 2019!
First day shirts are on sale now! See Mrs. Parker to purchase shirts. Each shirt is $20 or get two shirts for $35! Get ready, class of 2019...in nine days, you are officially SENIORS!
Sneak peak: The girls' shirt will be lighter pink and the floral design will be a little different.

2018 GRADUATION IS TONIGHT!
Come support the class of 2018 as they celebrate the end of their high school career!
Stadium will open around 6pm for seating.
Seniors must line up by 7:30pm.
Ceremony begins at 8pm.
**Balloons and noise makers are not allowed in the stadium.
**The field and track will be closed to the public. Only handicap attendees may be on the track. Each handicap attendee may have one additional guest with them.
**Only photographers with prior approval will be allowed on the field.

Junior First Day 2018-2019 Class Shirts are available to order. The absolute last day to order is July 23rd. If you order before school is out bring $20 Cash to Mrs. Lowe's room or Mrs. Phillips' room. If you pay after school is out the office will have forms-Summer office hours will be Mon-Thurs 8-3.
Just a note to everyone we use the First Day Shirts and Homecoming Shirts as fundraisers each year to pay for the Homecoming Float and to save money for students' Senior Year activities like Prom etc.

Thespian Induction will be held May 17th at 6 p.m. If you are a current member of Thespians, we will have a meeting Monday, May 14 at 7:30 am to discuss induction.
