Law Day is a national wide event held on May 1st. It is a recognized day of observance by the US government. Yesterday, civics classes participated in their annual Law Day activity, where local lawyers talk with students about the law, their jobs, how to become a lawyer, and the year's theme. This year, they spoke about the Separation of Powers and allowed students a question and answer time.
The 2018 speakers included Alex Winn, Judge Singleton, Elise Holman, John Thomas and Molly Shepherd, Laura Cox, and Greg Thomas. Thank you to those who gave their time to educate our students!

Student Council and Key Club teamed up to organize and produce MISSter EHS, a parody on a traditional pageant, in February. They then donated the proceeds to Arkansas Children's to benefit Arkansas families.
Thank you to Mr. Sanders and Mr. Bauldree for supporting the students in their endeavor to raise money for a very important charity in our state.
